Regarding measurements: To ensure you are making the correct measurements, do not measure the faceplate of the register to be replaced. Instead, please measure the actual size of the hole into which this product will be installed. For example, if floor hole size is 10 x 14 inches, please order a 10 x 14 inch vent. The damper will drop into the vent opening approximately 2 7/8 inch. Faceplate dimensions are 12 x 16 inches with an approximate thickness of 3/16 inch. See enlarged photo for register details.
