Pattern Cut wood design return air grilles are a beautiful addition to any room. These return air grilles come in 26 different wood designs. These grilles are shipped sanded and ready to be finished. They can be painted to match your walls or stained to match your trim. They are constructed from 1/4" Birch Ply and have a veneer face of either Cherry, Oak, or Maple. These wood design return air grilles can also be transformed into wall registers by purchasing the Adjustable Damper which is available in 21 sizes. This damper allows you to control the airflow with a turn of the screwdriver. It is easy to install, simply place the damper into the duct before installing the Pattern Cut Grille over it.

These wood design return air grilles are not meant to be used in the floor.

How to Order a Wood Design Return Air Grille

- Measure the size of your duct in inches width by height (horizontal x vertical)
Example: If the hole in your wall measures 20" wide x 12" tall, you would want to order a 20 x 12 grille.
Hint: The actual faceplate of the grille will be 1 3/4" larger than the duct. (21 3/4 x 13 3/4" in this example)
- In the first drop down menu (Size/Price) select the size you need.
Hint: Once you've selected your size, the price of the grille will appear at the bottom.
- Determine if you would like Screw Holes pre-drilled into your grille.
Hint: If you need to match up with pre-existing screw holes you'll probably want to drill you own.
- In the second drop down menu (Screw Holes) select your option.
- Determine which wood veneer you'd like your grille to have.
Hint: the manufacturer recommends choosing the Maple if you plan to paint your grille.
- In the final drop down menu, select your wood veneer.

The wood Pattern Cut Grilles have a lead time of 3-5 weeks to ship because they are cut to order. They are also a special order, non-returnable item and cannot be canceled once payment is received.
