Pattern Cut wood return decorative wall grilles can accentuate any decor. These versatile wood return decorative wall grilles come in 26 different designs and can be stained to match your trim or painted to match your walls. They are cut from 1/4" thick Baltic Birch hardwood ply with a furniture grade face veneer of either Cherry, Maple, or Oak. The manufacturer recommends you select the maple veneer, if you anticipate on painting your grille. We offer these decorative wall grilles in 56 sizes. We also offer an Adjustable Damper which works in conjunction with 21 sizes of Pattern Cut wood return grilles. This damper allow you to control the air flow of the grille with a screw driver without having to to disassemble the grille.

These Pattern Cut wood return decorative wall grilles are measured by the size of the duct in your wall (Width" x Height"). For example, if the hole in your wall measure 12" wide by 6" tall you would order the 12 x 6 decorative wall grille. The actual faceplate of the wood return grille will be 1 3/4" larger than the duct size (13 3/4" x 7 3/4" for the previous example).

These beautiful wood vents are made to order, they should ship in 3-5 weeks. Pattern Cut Grilles are special order, non-returnable and cannot be canceled once payment is received.

How to Paint Your Wood Return Decorative Wall Grille

- Select a good shellac, water, oil, or lacquer based primer.
- After thinning the primer, apply 2 thin coats to the surface of the grille with a soft brush.
- Allow the primer to dry completely.
- With a spray, roller, or brush apply 2 coats of paint to the grille.
-Allow to dry before installing the grille.

How to Stain Your Wood Return Decorative Wall Grille

- Submerge the grille in a pan filled with the stain of your choice.
- Allow the grille to dry in an upright position for 24 hours .
- Lay the grille flat and spray it with 2 - 3 coats of lacquer sanding sealer.
- Apply 1 coat to the back of the grille to ensure it is completely sealed.
- Gently sand the grille.
- Lay the grille flat and spray 2 - 3 coats of clear lacquer.
- Allow to cure for 3 days before installing.
