Pattern Cut Return Air Grille Cover - Pattern Q

Pattern Cut return air grille covers come in 26 different designs. These return air grille covers can be cut to any size or shape needed. We offer 56 sizes on our site. If you don't see your size listed, call us at 800-504-5989 for a quote. These grilles are shipped sanded and ready to be finished. The manufacturer recommends the maple veneer, if you would like to stain or paint the grille to match your trim. These grilles are cut from 1/4" thick Birch hardwood ply and have a veneer face of either Cherry, Oak, or Maple. You also have the option of purchasing an Adjustable Damper to work in conjunction with your Pattern Cut return air grille cover. This damper turns your return air grille into an adjustable wall register by allowing you to control the airflow.

These return air grille covers are measured by the size of the opening in your wall in inches (Width x Height). So if your duct opening measures 10" wide x 6" high you would want to order the 10 x 6 return air grille. The faceplate of the vent cover will then be 1 3/4" larger than the duct measurement (11 3/4" x 7 3/4" in our example).

These wood grilles are made to order and may take 3-5 weeks to ship. They are considered special order, non-returnable and cannot be canceled once payment is received.
