Pattern Cut Return Air Grille Cover - Pattern Y

Pattern Cut return air grille covers can be painted or stained to match any decor. These return air grille covers come in a variety of designs, sizes, and wood veneers. We offer these grilles in 56 of the more common sizes. If you do not see your size listed, call us at 800-504-5989 for a quote. These return air grille covers are cut from 1/4" thick Birch hardwood ply with a furniture grade veneer of Maple, Oak, or Cherry. These grilles are meant for your return air. They can be transformed into an adjustable supply register by purchasing the Adjustable Damper which we sell separately. This damper allows you to control the air flow and is easy to install. Simply insert the damper into your duct before installing the Pattern Cut grille cover over it.

These return air grille covers are measured by the size of the duct opening in your wall or ceiling. Measure the hole in inches Width x Height and order the corresponding size. For example, if the hole in your wall measures 20" wide and 10" tall you will need to order the 20 x 10 Pattern Cut grille cover. The faceplate of the grille will be 1 3/4" larger than the duct size (21 3/4" x 11 3/4" in the example).

These wood grilles are made to order and may take 3-5 weeks to ship. They are considered special order, non-returnable and cannot be canceled once payment is received.
